Dave Kuba is Senior Vice President of Development for Shed Media. He leads the creative team charged with generating new content for both broadcast and cable networks in the U.S. Kuba joined the company in 2013. In his time at Shed, Dave has been instrumental in the development of several series, including First Dates for NBC, The Escape Club for E!, Dare to Wear and #WhatSheSaid for TLC, the upcoming Criminal Confessions for Oxygen, Glam Masters for Lifetime, Genius Jr for NBC, and Baller Wives for VH1, on which he serves as Executive Producer.

Prior to joining Shed, Dave spent two years at High Noon Entertainment where he was Senior Director of Development. In his time there, he developed shows for over ten networks and created or contributed to the creation of several series, including VH1's Making Mr. Right, SyFy's Collection Intervention, TLC’s Along for the Bride, and Discovery Channel’s Dude, You’re Screwed!

Prior to High Noon, Dave worked for ten years as a freelance producer for a wide range of television networks and production companies including FOX, NBC, VH1, MTV, Oxygen, TLC, Discovery, TV Land, 51 Minds Entertainment, Bunim/Murray, Mark Burnett, Allison Grodner, Next Entertainment and Telepictures. He received his BS in Television, Radio and Film Production from Syracuse University.
